Africa-Press – Angola. Angola strongly condemned the terrorist action that unjustifiably killed dozens of defenseless citizens, Friday, in Moscow, Russian Federation.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Angola “expresses its total indignation at this heinous crime that cannot, under any pretext, fail to deserve its most vigorous and firm repudiation”.
It states that Angola considers terrorism to be an immoral, inhumane and cowardly phenomenon, whatever the form and place in which it manifests itself.Thirty-eight brands awarded in the 1st Edition of Consumer Choice
Thirty-eight brands were awarded, Thursday, in Luanda, in the 1st Edition of the “Consumer’s Choice” competition.
These are brands in the categories of insurance, hypermarkets, hotels, shopping centers, gas stations, telephone plans, zap channel, satellite TV distribution, best news presenter, among others chosen.
Evaluated on several parameters, the companies Nossa Seguros, Medicare, Pumangol, Unitel, Cuca, Zap, Ferbes África Lusophone were crowned winners.
In the field of communications, Ernesto Bartolomeu, radio presenter Patrícia Faria and influencers categories, the lambas, Ary and Yuri da Cunha, were named best television presenter.
On the other hand, Mel Chaves won the beauty category, sports player Fredy and humor Gilmario Vemba, Semba Preto Show.
The winners stood out in the eyes of Angolans due to their notoriety, creativity and thematic content.
The winners, selected based on the most rigorous brand evaluation system, identified by consumers, were in more than thirty categories.
Consumer satisfaction has created a model in which customers can express their opinions, evaluate and promote the brands they like most.
Speaking to the press, the general director of Consumer Choice, Miguel Ângelo, said that the motivation for bringing the project to Angola was the realization, more than 13 years ago, of the award in other countries, representing the voice of the consumer.
From his perspective, the project brings greater clarity and information to the market, allows for a better understanding of customer preferences, as well as improving the offer and performance.
He informed that the winning brands won a symbolic prize, but they obtain a powerful management tool, which they can use in all communication, during the year of the award, giving them notoriety and other important competitive advantages.
He said that according to Consumer Choice data, after the awarding of prizes, in other international projects, the winning brands have registered an increase in sales volume, between five and 35 percent, depending on the category.
According to the person responsible, if the benefits are significant for companies, they are also widely favored for consumers, by playing an active role in the entire process and acquiring transparent and relevant information about brands, products and services.
“In Consumer Choice, people and brands come first, giving the consumer a voice and valuing brands is one of the basic principles of this international evaluation system. With this mission, Consumer Choice drives the improvement of the business ecosystem and market, in a relationship in which everyone, companies and consumers, wins”, he said.
It advocates general mobilization against this practice and solidarity between nations, considering that they can all be potential targets of this phenomenon.
The note adds that this is a safe way to be used to overcome this scourge.
