Africa-Press – Angola. More than 100 Angolans, residing in southern Namibia, were registered and received the Consular Card, in a gesture from the Embassy of Angola in this neighboring country.

The act took place within the framework of a three-day visit by the Angolan ambassador to the Republic of Namibia, Jovelina Imperial, to localities in the south of the country, where she held meetings with the Angolan community.

According to the communiqué that press had access to this Tuesday, the ambassador heard the concerns of the Angolans residing there.

According to the document, the ambassador took advantage of the occasion to deliver essential goods to the Angolan community of Mariental and Luderitz.

Juvelina Imperial was also with the authorities of the respective Namibian regions, with whom she addressed the cooperation relations between the two brotherly peoples and the objectives of her mission in that region.

The report also mentions that, during her consulate, the ambassador has been carrying out field visits to the various regions of Namibia, in order to bring the services of the Angolan State closer to the Angolan community.
