Africa-Press – Angola. The 3rd edition of ANGOTIC 2023 – International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies of Angola, with the motto “Connectivity and Technological Modernization”, started yesterday at the Talatona Convention Centre, in Luanda.
The event, taking place from the 12th to the 14th of June, will bring together more than 60 companies and 21 countries.
According to the national director of Telecommunications, Information Technologies, Matias Borges, the event will feature speakers and moderators from Japan, United Kingdom, Brazil, Nigeria, Lesotho, South Africa, United States of America, Canada, Spain, Serbia, Uganda, France, Namibia, Portugal, Zambia, Ivory Coast, Sweden, Argentina, Ethiopia, Malawi and São Tomé.
the event, which will last for three days, will address topics such as “Space industry and trends”, “Business model for space technology”, “Metaverse to revolutionize the future of entertainment, content and commerce”, “Connectivity and technological modernization ”.
ANGOTIC 2023 is a global event on information and communication technologies, held and promoted by the Government of Angola, through the Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication.
The event aims to promote debate around current, global and future issues of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), sharing knowledge and facilitating networking for government entities, exhibitors, specialists, presenting innovations, as well as trends in the sector.
