Meanwhile, reports the central bank, 53 percent (10) of the banks, namely BMA, BCGA, BCS, BIC, BNI, BVB, KEVE, SBA and YETU, complied with the two minimum limits established, in terms of amount and number of credits. to be granted to the real sector of the economy, until December 2021.
In December 2021, the date on which compliance with the requirements set out in Notice no. 10/2020 of 3 April was assessed, a total of 102 new loans were disbursed to the real sector of the economy, making a total of 471 loans granted, from of which 374 with effective disbursements, since the publication of the regulations.
In terms of financial value, credit granted to the real sector of the economy, until December 2021, corresponds to a total of 634.32 billion kwanzas (equivalent to USD 1,142.96 million). However, the amount actually disbursed totaled 472.62 billion kwanzas (equivalent to USD 851.59 million), representing an increase of 48.85 billion kwanzas (11.53 percent) compared to November 2021.
As for the distribution of the amount of disbursed credit, since the entry into force of Notice 10/2020, taking into account the size of the benefited companies, the large companies with 227.65 billion kwanzas (48.35 percent) stand out. , followed by medium-sized companies with 214.77 billion (45.61 percent) and micro and small companies with 14.47 billion (3.07 percent) and 13.96 billion (2.97 percent) , respectively.
In terms of number of projects, Medium-Sized Enterprises stand out with 149 projects (39.95 percent), followed by Small Enterprises with 115 projects (30.83 percent) and Micro and Large Enterprises with 66 projects (17.69 percent) and 43 Projects (11.53 percent), respectively.
Regarding the number of new jobs, since the entry into force of Notice nº 10/2020, of 3 April, until December 2021, a total of 29,539 new jobs were created, with emphasis on the “Beverage Industry” , “Food Industry” and “Agriculture”, responsible for around 72 percent of the
total number of new jobs created. total credit granted to the real sector of the economy by the banking sector corresponded to 358.19 percent of the minimum amount established, with the amount actually disbursed representing 265.98 percent. economy, representing 85.00 percent of the established minimum.
