Africa-Press – Angola. The prices of basic basket products from the second to the third week of February recorded, in commercial establishments, an increase of 1.99 percent.
According to the price bulletin for basic basket products, referring to the province of Luanda, in general terms, the prices of basic basket products from the second to the third week of February recorded a variation of 0.10 percent.
The products with the biggest price increases were powdered milk with 5.41 percent, white sugar with 3.30 percent and ball bread with 3.08 percent.
On the other hand, the biggest price reductions were registered in iodized salt with 6.70 percent, wheat flour with 4.74 percent and beef with 3.68 percent.
The prices of basic basket products in informal markets from the second to the third week of February registered a reduction of 2.20 percent.
The products with the biggest price reductions were beef with 5.26 percent, soy cooking oil with 4.17 percent and white sugar with 3.58 percent.
