Africa-Press – Angola. The book “The linking of local history in the teaching and learning process”, by academic Oswaldo Teresa, was launched Monday, in the city of Saurimo, province of Lunda Sul.
The author told that the 80-page work, with a print run of 500 copies, aims to disseminate local, regional and national history, with proposals on the enhancement of space, territory, personalities and historical excursions.
“Linking local history to the teaching and learning process” is the first book by Osvaldo Teresa, under the pseudonym Mwana Wa Lunga.
Born in Saurimo, the author has a degree in History, teaches this discipline and philosophy at Liceu José Manuel Salucombo, and is a member of the Brigada Jovem da Literatura de Angola in Lunda Sul (BJLA).
