Africa-Press – Angola. The national director for Mineral Resources, Paulo Tanganha, stated, in Luanda, that several investors expressed interest in investing in agrominerals, with emphasis on the production of urea, an agricultural fertilizer widely used in soil fertilization.
During his lecture, at the second edition of the Angola Global Business Forum which takes place from the 28th to the 30th, in Luanda, under the aegis of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Angola and the United Arab Emirates, Paulo Tanganha, the Angolan Government has been working to ensure self-sufficiency in fertilizer production.
“The Executive has been working with a view to guaranteeing the country’s self-sufficiency in the production of fertilizers, so as not to be dependent on their purchase and there are currently structuring projects that integrate the exploration component of the manufacture of these fertilizers”, he clarified.
