The reverend admitted that it is a great challenge for the church itself, although it is a moral reserve, which has fulfilled its role through biblical teachings.

The conference, organized within the scope of the Luanda Biennale, aimed, among other aspects, to analyze the contribution of Christians and civil society on the principles to be adopted to rescue moral, civic and religious values.

It also served to reflect on the behavior of Christians in the face of present and future challenges, to build a stable society, where transparency and social justice prevail.

In turn, the president of the Angolan Christian Forum, Reverend Luís Nguimbi, said that the family will always be the top of the hierarchy of humanity, therefore, the State must take more coherent action to defend it.

The leader of the Annual Conference of the West of Angola of the Methodist Church, Gaspar João Domingos, said that Christian values are cultivated from birth and strengthened by other organizations that also dictate the principles by which society should be governed.

He said that dialogue between generations is essential to perpetuate ties, as well as improve methods of transmitting legacy.

The director of the National Institute of Religious Affairs (INAR), Adilson de Almeida, stated that the Luanda Biennial is an opportunity to reflect on the need to stabilize societies, taking into account the various conflicts that are raging around the world.
