CLESE welcomes eight companies into incubator

Africa-Press – Angola. Eight companies are installed in the business incubator of the Local Center for Entrepreneurship and Employment Services (CLESE) in Cuanza Norte, said the person in charge, João Gaspar.

The companies, in the areas of Accounting and Finance, Commerce, Agriculture, Service Provision, Technologies, Transport and Insurance, were created by young people trained at the center.

At the center, companies receive technical and administrative support and Internet services for two to three years to establish themselves in the market.

During their stay, entrepreneurs also receive specialized training in business, management and business organization and accounting, taught by specialists from the center, who aim to contribute to the success of their companies.

According to the director, after the period of stay, the center continues to monitor companies, to see their evolution, especially micro companies.

CLESE also provides financial intermediation services to facilitate entrepreneurs’ access to credit.

The incubator receives innovative projects from young people trained at the center, with good employability prospects, and from other citizens who wish to gain maturity to set up their company on the market, upon request.

Entrepreneurs contribute, with a fee of 10 to 15 thousand kwanzas/month, for the services.

João Gaspar reported that, since 2014, when CLESE began operating, more than 20 companies have passed through the center, from micro to small companies and many are successful in the market, but others have not had much visibility for financial reasons.

CLESE operates on three axes – professional and specialized training and business offerings, intermediation between the supply and demand of labor and infrastructural support for local entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs.

Throughout 2023, the center trained more than 500 young people in the areas of IT, Entrepreneurship, Foreign Languages, Rectory and Public Speaking, General Accounting, Executive Secretariat and Human Resources Management.

CLESE are local entrepreneurship centers and employment services that offer complete solutions to encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and stimulate innovation, growth and prosperity of small and medium-sized enterprises, so that they serve as a basis for economic development.
