Africa-Press – Angola. Three thousand and five hundred (3,500) new companies providing various services were created from September 2021 to the present date, by the Guiché Único da Empresa in the province of Bié.
The information was provided, in the city of Cuito, by the provincial administrator of this institution, José dos Santos.
Without elaborating on the amounts raised with the creation of these companies, the person in charge only highlighted that, among them, there are two thousand 587 different cooperatives and others in the field of general commerce and provision of services.
In operation since 2021 in the province of Bié, the Guichê Único da Empresa is a public, special and inter-organic service, endowed with legal personality, with administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, supervised by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
Its purpose is to speed up the processes of constitution, amendment, extinction and similar acts of commercial companies, sole traders and cooperatives.
