Africa-Press – Angola. The Constitutional Court is holding, this Monday, 23, at its premises in Luanda, a seminar aimed at professionals in the Media, to address matters related to the phase of submitting candidacies to the 2022 General Elections by the Political Parties and Coalition of parties.

According to a press release yesterday, the event is aimed at national and foreign journalists and will feature interventions by experienced experts in electoral processes in Angola.

Specifically, topics such as the presentation of candidacies to the General Elections, as well as the ethics and deontology of electoral agents, will be addressed, divided into two panels, incorporating associated sub-themes.

Topics such as Incompatibilities and Ineligibility for the positions of President of the Republic, Vice-President of the Republic and Members of Parliament, Legal requirements and procedures for submitting Candidatures for General Elections and Ethics, Deontology of electoral agents and the Press Law, ethics and deontology of the communication professional in the context of the electoral process.

The Veneranda Judge Counselor President of the Constitutional Court, Laurinda Cardoso, will coordinate the work, whose coverage is extended to all media.
