CPLP ministers meet today in Luanda to focus on economic cooperation

Africa-Press – Angola. Economic cooperation and the war in Ukraine will be the main themes that will dominate this Friday, in Luanda, the XXVII Ordinary Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP).

According to the agenda, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, will open the event, in the presence of all the ministers of the Community of Portuguese-Speaking Countries.

At the meeting, the heads of diplomacy of the CPLP should also appreciate the report of activities for the implementation of the Support Program for the Integration of Equatorial Guinea (PAIGE) in the community, financed by the Special Fund of the CPLP.

The XXVII Ordinary Meeting of the CPLP Council of Ministers will take place “in person” in a hotel in Luanda, the organization announced in a statement.

Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tomé and Príncipe and Timor-Leste are the nine member states of the CPLP.
