Cuvango wants managers committed to the well-being of the population

Africa-Press – Angola. The municipal administrator of Cuvango, Huíla province, Luís Marcelo Ndala, defended Wednesday, in the municipality, the need for managers to “assume, in practice”, the commitment to safeguard the well-being of the population.

When speaking during a meeting with those responsible and technicians from the budgetary units and bodies dependent on the local administration, Luís Marcelo, stated that this intention must be a priority in the thinking of each manager and requires responsibility and honesty in the management of the treasury.

For the administrator, these are challenges that require a permanent search for concrete solutions on the part of those who govern.

However, in order to be able to fulfill this aim, he stressed that it is essential that those responsible for different areas of the municipality improve the ways they serve the public, placing the citizen at the center of attention of all administrative and labor actions.

The municipality of Cuvango is 356 kilometers east of Lubango, on the border with Cuando Cubango, through Cuchi, with an estimated population of 106 thousand 421 inhabitants.
