Victor Silva highlighted, this past Monday, such accomplishments when lecturing on “Main Actions of the Angolan Government in the Promotion of Peace”, in a lecture on the “Role of Institutions in the Promotion of Cultural Peace, promoted by the Instituto Superior Politécnico Privado “Walinga ”.
The person responsible for respecting the rules in force in the country, with emphasis on the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, considering the growth in the sector of education, health and the fight against corruption as a true sign of the promotion of peace.
