Africa-Press – Angola. The game between Desportivo da Lunda Sul and Sporting de Cabinda, initially scheduled for Saturday, in Saurimo, referring to the 16th round of the National Football Championship, was postponed without date, due to lack of logistics on the part of the visiting team.
The information is contained in a note from Desportivo da Lunda Sul, made public today, Friday, where it is said that the postponement of the game was due to lack of logistics and transport on the part of Sporting de Cabinda, and should be held on a date to be announced, at Estádio Municipal das Mangueiras.
In the first round, the two teams faced each other in Cabinda and the victory went to the hosts.
The note explains that the Angolan Football Federation (FAF) was aware of the postponement of the match.
In the league table of the competition (Girabola2023/23), Desportivo da Lunda Sul occupies the 11th place with 16 points, while Sporting de Cabinda is the 12th with 16 points.
Petro de Luanda leads the competition, with 37 points.
