Africa-Press – Angola. The 2nd Edition of the “Expo Made in Angola” – EFA 2023, expects to bring together more than 250 exhibitors, from the 15th to the 18th of November, in the Special Economic Zone, Luanda – Bengo, the president of the Board of Directors (PCA) announced from the National Institute of Support for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM), João Nkosi.

The event, promoted by the Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP) and INAPEM, organized by Eventos Arena, aims to promote products with the “Made in Angola” seal, as well as to raise awareness and mobilize national production companies to membership of the SFA, the PCA stated.

João Nkosi said that participating in EFA 2023 are companies adhering to the Made in Angola Seal – SFA, national production companies, large commercial areas, commercial banks, national and international investors.

According to the PCA, there are, at this time, 433 applications, 258 registered processes and 1,312 products registered with the SFA.

From January 2024, public institutions will be required to purchase goods and services with the Made in Angola (SFA) Seal.

The SFA is an initiative of the Angolan Executive that arises with the aim of encouraging national production and consumption and responding to the challenges that arise with the approval of measures to mitigate the economic and financial crisis.
