The official, who was speaking during the ecumenical service allusive to the celebrations of the Day of Peace and National Reconciliation, stressed that several social impact programs have been carried out to improve the social conditions of the population.
He recalled that peace brought reconciliation and national unity among Angolans, which must be well preserved for the country’s development.
He recognized, on the other hand, that there is much to be done, in order to meet the aspirations of the Angolans, fundamentally the rehabilitation of roads in the East, for whom the Executive is gradually doing everything to achieve this desideratum, despite the financial crisis that the country is facing. through.
He stressed that the best way for Angolans to preserve peace is to maintain dialogue and harmony between those who intend to create disturbances and disunity.
He appealed to Angolans to respect sovereign bodies, national symbols and the Constitution of the Republic.
On his turn, the Reverend of Bom Deus Church, Rodrigues Jone, defended the need to pacify the hearts of disaffected citizens in order to preserve effective peace in the country.
He recognized that the Executive has built several social infrastructures and made them available to the population.
