Africa-Press – Angola. The Social Communication sector will create conditions for the coverage and dissemination of the electoral process throughout the national territory, with the mission of informing, educating and promoting the participation of all citizens in this citizenship commitment.
The Secretary of State for Social Communication, Nuno Caldas Albino, considered, this Wednesday, in Luanda, that the electoral processes are the highest point of the political exercise of a democratic society and the Social Communication plays an irreplaceable role in the interaction and transmission of messages from political parties.
Speaking today at the Media Conference for the 2022 Elections, on behalf of the Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Manuel Homem, said that the media have a responsibility to bring the electoral truth.
The conference that takes place at the Journalists Training Center (CEFOJOR), has as speakers the commissioners of the National Electoral Commission (CNE), Lucas Quilunda and Eduardo Magalhães, respectively, and is being addressed to journalists, national directors, among other professionals from the Social Communication.
