Africa-Press – Angola. The National Front for the Liberation of Angola, FNLA, reiterated in Caxito, Bengo province, the continued commitment to restructuring the party at the level of the country’s municipalities, to face future political challenges.
Speaking at the inauguration of new first municipal secretaries, the general secretary of the FNLA, Aguiar Laurindo, encouraged the activists to work as a team and with dynamism, to achieve the objectives aimed at growing the organization’s ranks.
From this moment on, these activists have the responsibility of developing political-partisan activities in their municipalities, he said.
This weekend, the first municipal secretaries of the six municipalities that make up the province, elected in the provincial Assembly for the renewal of mandates held in September 2023, took office.
Dande has as its first municipal secretary, Eugénio de Sousa, (Ambriz) Mansiantangua Elias, (Dembos) Artur Duca, (Bula Atumba) Sebastião Malundo, (Pango Aluquém) Cristina Francisco, and (Nambuangongo) Pereira Panzo da Silva.
