Africa-Press – Angola. A meeting with the managers of Large Commercial Areas will be held, this Monday, in Luanda, as part of the promotion of Measures to Stimulate the Economy, including access to Public Purchasing for companies participating in the Made in Angola Service (SFA).
The meeting, which will take place at the National Institute for Support to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM), will be chaired by the Secretary of State for Economy, Ivan dos Santos, according to a press release.
State and budgeted units will, from January 2024, be obliged to purchase products with “Service Made in Angola, according to a decision by the Angolan Executive.
The Service Made in Angola (SFA) is another instrument of the Executive, coordinated by the Ministry of Economy and Planning and operationalized by INAPEM, with a view to complementing programs to support national production.
The SFA aims to encourage the increase in national production, promote products with national added value equal to or greater than 30%, stimulate competitiveness and promote the improvement of product quality and encourage product consumption.
