Africa-Press – Angola. The deputy governor for technical services and infrastructure in Lunda Norte province, Domingos Dala, reiterated, Tuesday, that the local government will continue to implement policies aimed at protecting and fulfilling the rights of children , particularly underprivileged.
Domingos Dala wove these during the solidarity Christmas, offered by the local government to children from different social strata, underlining that the little ones remain at the center of priorities.
He said that to guarantee a better future for children, the government will continue to prioritize the Education sector, but ensure greater insertion of children in the normal, free education system.
The focus on improving the health system, combating violence against minors, child exploitation, through related bodies, will also continue to deserve special attention from the government of Lunda Norte.
The interim provincial governor also appealed to the population to denounce cases of violence against minors, trafficking, among other phenomena that jeopardize the future of children.
Even today, the Provincial Committee of the MPLA also promoted a solidarity Christmas for the children of the institution’s workers.
During the activity presided over by the second provincial secretary of the party, Fernando Terça, the children received gifts, had fun with songs and dances.
