Africa-Press – Angola. The Ministry of Finance (Minfin) announces, for the 18th of January, the opening of applications for the provision of 360 vacancies for the General Tax Administration (AGT), specifically for three tax regions and Luanda (headquarters).
After being approved by Presidential Decree nr.325/14, of December 15th, the need to open this external tender is justified to meet the reinforcement of AGT staff, according to the order of MinFin.
In Dispatch nr.10, of January 10, 2023, the Minister of Finance, Vera Daves, announces the opening of the aforementioned tender to fill the 360 vacancies available.
According to the report, with the 5th, 6th and 7th Tributary Regions vacancies are available for the provinces of Bié (7), Namibe (10), Huíla (10), Cunene (36), Cuando Cubango (34), Lunda Norte (22 ), Lunda-Sul (21), Moxico (27) and Luanda-sede (20).
The professions to be recruited, for 310 vacancies, are linked to the specialties of navigation and customs control technicians, customs inspection, litigation (customs and fuscal), customs inspection and taxation and accounting.
Another 40 vacancies will be filled by technicians linked to the operation of scans and x-rays, of CCTV.
While another 10 places are available for IT technicians, with expertise in systems administration, survey of database requirements and development of the infrastructure system.
The admission contest will be conducted by the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP EP).
According to the schedule, the process ends on June 5, 2023, fulfilling several stages.
