Africa-Press – Angola. The administration of Justice must be, fundamentally, based on the commitment to the principles of transparency, impartiality, responsibility and the inspiration of trust in communities, highlighted this Wednesday, the governor of the province of Huambo, Lotti Nolika.

The minister referred to the fact during the first coordination meeting of the bodies involved in the administration of Justice, which included Judicial magistrates and the Public Prosecutor’s Office from the civil and military forum, judicial and criminal police bodies, notaries and conservators.

On the occasion, the governor said it was a moment of reflection to identify the common challenges faced and, with this, seek innovative and effective solutions to launch yet another rule in the construction of justice that inspires confidence in communities.

He highlighted that the repeal of Law 2/15 marks a new phase in the judicial system, hence the need to take advantage of this opportunity to rethink and redefine strategies.

“May this meeting be just the first step of a transformative journey, as together we have the power to shape the future of the administration of Justice in the province of Huambo”, said the minister.

Lotti Nolika stated that this was a unique opportunity for a joint reflection on the path, present and future desired for the administration of Justice in the province of Huambo, in an open and collaborative dialogue environment.

He added that the meeting also served to emerge in a critical and in-depth analysis, by looking back and recognizing the successes and areas that should be improved.

More than ever, he emphasized, it is crucial to join forces to promote a more efficient, transparent and accessible administration of Justice for all citizens.

The meeting, which discussed the new design of the coordination meetings of the bodies that intervene in the administration of Justice, was also attended by the delegate of the General State Inspectorate (IGAE), the representative of the Delegation of Justice and Human Rights, the king from Huambo, among other guests.
