The governor of Lunda Norte, Deolinda Satula Vilarinho, recommended this Wednesday, proactivity and dynamism to the newly appointed municipal administrators of Chitato, Cambulo, Cuango, Lucapa and Xá-muteba, in the implementation of social projects in their respective districts.
The minister left this recommendation at the swearing-in ceremony of the new administrators, to whom she guided greater dialogue with the communities, rigor and transparency in the management of the public treasury.
To the new municipal administrator of Chitato, Claúdio Leni Muteba, he recommended the implementation of actions aimed at improving basic sanitation, access roads, green areas, humanizing health services and expanding the school network.
He called for measures aimed at attracting investors to the municipality and the humanization of services in municipal administration.
“The municipality of Chitato must be our mirror, our business card because it is our turntable, which is why we recommend proactivity, dynamism, rigor, transparency and pragmatism in the implementation of social projects and, above all, in the improvement of basic sanitation “, he stressed.
To the municipal administrators of Lucapa, Cuango, Cambulo and Xá-muteba, Agostinho Paiva, Daniel Mutaza, Bernadete Muacariata and Esmeralda Maximata, the minister instructed them to prioritize the conclusion of the paralyzed works, before starting new projects.
Deolinda Vilarinho, said that she wants to see health services humanized and solved in the short term, the problem of distribution of drinking water in the municipalities of Cambulo and Cuango.
