Africa-Press – Angola. A University Startup Incubation Center (CISU) was presented to students at Kimpa Vita University in Uíge Province by the National Institute for Support to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM), with a view to strengthening youth entrepreneurship in academia.
The initiative, developed in partnership with higher education institutions, aims to transform academic ideas into sustainable businesses, promoting innovation, job creation and economic diversification.
On the occasion, the Head of INAPEM, Bráulio Augusto, stated that the project aims to support students and recent graduates with mentoring, business training and access to financing, in order to facilitate the creation of viable companies.
In turn, the dean of the Faculty of Economics, Kikufi Bobó, highlighted the importance of the initiative for the university, emphasizing that it will allow students to convert theoretical knowledge into practical solutions for local development.
