Africa-Press – Angola. The National Institute of Quality Infrastructures (INIQ), in partnership with the European Union, held, on Thursday, 14th, the seventh edition of Quality Week (SENAQ-2024).According to a note from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, during the opening speech, the Secretary of State for Commerce and Services, Augusta Fortes, stressed that the event seeks to clarify the responsibilities of each sector of the economy, minimizing overlapping interventions, promoting budgetary management in each value chain, since the Government is committed to reforms that sustain the Angolan economy, prioritizing investments in sectors such as agriculture, food, agro-industry, industrialized health services, industrial transformation and others.

World Quality Day was established in 1990 by the United Nations (UN) and is celebrated globally on the second Thursday of November, the document states.
