Regarding the swearing-in of the new members

The CSMJ plenary, after meeting on October 7, analyzed the opinion on the impact of the change in the category of elected magistrates on the composition of the body.

Taking into account the principle of proportional representation across the categories of judges in the CSMJ and the provisions of the internal regulations, it was decided to appoint the judges who received the most votes immediately after the alternates, as listed on the final list of the Electoral Commission that elected the Council members for the 2022–2027 term. They will serve until the end of their respective terms.
