Africa-Press – Angola. A donation made up of essential essential goods was delivered, at the weekend, to the Lar das Irmãs da Mamã Muxima, located in the Maxinde neighborhood, in Malanje.
The initiative of miss Malanje, Esperança da Costa, served to help improve the social conditions of the centre. The child, highlighted the miss, as a symbol of the future of the country must have all the attention and protection, to grow in a favorable environment.
Esperança da Costa guaranteed that he will carry out similar actions in other homes in Malanje. “I hope that public and private institutions and individuals will also support the cause”, she said.
The Lar das Irmãs da Mamã Muxima is a charity dedicated to the Catholic Church, existing since 2007, which currently controls 60 children, all female. Most of the children living in the institution are orphans, abandoned minors, accused of witchcraft and from needy families.
