Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Marcy Lopes, said this Thursday, in Luanda, that the “Angolan Registry and Notary Law Manual” will help students and operators in the area in their tasks.
According to the government official, the work will enable those involved in the sector to act better in the various possible areas and dispel doubts among professionals and legal operators, around certain matters discussed in the book.
Speaking to the press on the sidelines of the presentation of the scientific work, the government official explained that notary work is a particularly very technical issue and not just a matter of academic approach in the degree, which makes the work in question more useful.
“(…..) Our legal professionals are now better served in research matters written for our reality, based on our legislation, relationships and problem solving specific to our society and community”, he observed.
According to the holder of the Justice portfolio, this manual is of great value in solving many of the problems that affect Justice services and technicians. With this, he summarized, the academy and the administrative services of justice, the courts and also the country benefit.
During his intervention, the government official praised and encouraged the authors of the book for presenting very technical and specific materials linked to various aspects of Civil and Commercial registration and all the most variable aspects of these matters about notary work and inherent to it.
“This is a very technical matter, with major public and private implications, capable of generating several questions at court level. Therefore, my congratulations to the authors for their courage and perseverance”, he praised.
