Africa-Press – Angola. The Ministry of Public Administration, Labor, and Social Security (MAPTSS) denied on Wednesday the existence of an online direct financial support program that involves allocating 100,000 kwanzas to disadvantaged individuals.
Recently, information circulated on social media about a possible financial support program, to be deposited via the applicant’s cell phone number or bank account, requiring, as a primary condition, registration on a page or online profile, supposedly attributed to the aforementioned ministerial department.
In a press release sent in Luanda on Wednesday, the ministry urges Angolan citizens not to be deceived by malicious individuals targeting government agencies.
It recommends monitoring the official accounts of ministerial departments to avoid being influenced.
It emphasizes that the Ministry has several social support projects that promote employability, training, professional internships, microcredits, and job kits, funded by the National Employment Fund (FUNEA).
Interested parties should contact employment and vocational training centers located throughout the country or visit www.inefop.gov.ao and www.funea.gov.ao, the official addresses.
The Ministry of Public Administration, Labor, and Social Security is an Angolan government agency responsible for formulating and implementing policies related to public administration, labor, social security, and social action.
