Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Territory Administration, Daniel Félix Neto, pledged on Monday in Luanda, to revitalize and modernize the local public administration.
After taking office in a ceremony led by President João Lourenço, Neto said that he will strive to live up to the trust placed in him.
“We will do everything to ensure that this trust translates into success, and we will be good assistants to the Head of the Executive Branch,” said Neto.
According to the minister, the success of the mission depends on coordination with the Ministry of Territorial Administration team and local governance bodies, stressing that the sector must function cohesively and collaboratively.
“We are a team. We will coordinate with everyone in the ministry and strengthen our relationship with local governance,” the minister said.
At the same ceremony, Dionísio Manuel da Fonseca took office as Minister of State and Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic.
