Africa-Press – Angola. The head of Angolan diplomacy, Téte António, considered, today, historic the Preparatory Ministerial Meeting for the Quadripartite Summit of Heads of State and Government, which will take place on Tuesday, in Luanda, for bringing together for the first time four Regional Communities and Regional Mechanisms .
The minister was speaking at the opening of the Quadripartite Meeting of Experts from CAO, ECCAS, CIRGL and SADC, under the aegis of the AU and participation of the UN, taking place at the Intercontinental Hotel.
The meeting aims to find effective and efficient solutions for resolving the conflict in the eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo, whose instability has persisted for several years.
