Africa-Press – Angola. The Secretary of State for Urbanism and Housing, Adérito Mohamed, denied this Monday, in Luanda, the information circulated on social networks that indicate the supposed sale of residences in the centrality of KK-5800.

According to the leader, there are people in “bad faith” who have been linking information about the sale of housing in KK-5800. However, this information “does not correspond to the truth”.

Adérito Mohamed, who was speaking to the press, during the field day that the Minister of Public Works, Urbanism and Housing carried out on that urbanization, made it known that the process of selling houses in centralities managed by the State is announced only by the Ministry of Guardianship , which will make all the information available as soon as the first phase of the project is concluded.

Without advancing the exact date for completion of these houses, he recalled that the first phase includes 1,400 houses, of which 1,000 T3 apartments and 400 T3 houses, in a total of 5,800 residences.

The centrality of KK-5800, in a combination of apartments and townhouses, was apprehended by the National Asset Recovery Service, assigned to the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), in February 2020.

At the time, in addition to the seizure of these houses, the list for the seizure of State assets in that urbanization also included 31 bases for the construction of buildings and 194 for homes, a shipyard and some adjacent land, in an area of ​​266 hectares.

Designed to house 5,800 houses and 34,800 residents, the KK-5800 is located in an area of ​​67,733 square metres, and is located south of Luanda, 20 kilometers from the center of the country’s capital city.
