Africa-Press – Angola. A total of 595 young people from the municipality of Malanje benefited, Thursday, from professional kits and micro-credit, in fulfillment of the fourth phase of the Action Plan for the Promotion of Employability (PAPE).
The goods received include professional kits for agriculture, plumbing, woodworking, carpentry, pastry and hairdressing, in addition to micro-credit, the value of which is around 320,000 kwanzas for each young person.
At the launch, where 76 professional cards were handed over, the representative of the Ministry of Public Administration, Labor and Social Security (MAPTSS), Fragoso João Carlos, said that a total of 1,140 jobs had already been distributed across the province of Malanje. direct.
Fragoso João Carlos added that the delivery of kits and professional cards is part of the dynamization program of the 4th phase of the Action Plan for the Promotion of Employability (PAPE), developed by the Executive.
He stressed that the PAPE is an instrument created by the Executive in its governance plan, whose objective is to encourage unemployed young people (from 17 to 40 years old) to create their own businesses and jobs, thus reducing the level of unemployment and generate wealth for the national economy, through the formalization of their businesses.
The deputy governor for the Political, Social and Economic Sector, Domingos Eduardo, said that the delivery of kits and professional cards fulfills the promises that the Executive established in the 2018/2022 National Development Plan, aiming to guarantee employability for youth. .
Domingos Eduardo asked the young beneficiaries to have more responsibility and to innovate their businesses, diversifying their actions, generating added value and creating more jobs for others.
