Africa-Press – Angola. The MPLA, in Zaire province, Tuesday in Mbanza Kongo asked party members to refrain from any practices of slander, injury and defamation through social networks.
The request was made by the member of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Committee, Nicolau Sozinho, while speaking at the closing act of the 3rd ordinary meeting of the municipal committee of Mbanza Kongo.
In the politician’s opinion, such acts of insult, defamation and slander against party figures can undermine internal unity and cohesion.
He defended the need to reinforce and strengthen the MPLA bases in the region, with a view to improving its level of organization and revitalizing it.
The III Ordinary Meeting of the Municipal Committee of the MPLA in Mbanza Kongo balanced the activities carried out in the previous year and envisaged new actions for the year 2023.
