MPLA reiterates its willingness to continue dialogue with the population

Africa-Press – Angola. The first secretary of the MPLA in Cuanza- Norte, João Diogo Gaspar, reiterated this Tuesday, in Ndalatando, the party’s willingness to continue dialogue with citizens, political, social and religious organizations for the development of the province.

According to the politician, the MPLA is a party that strives for frank and true dialogue with the whole of society with a view to building a united, prosperous Angola that is good to live in.

Speaking to the press, at the end of the “EME em Movimento – Public Hearings” Program, João Diogo Gaspar stated that based on the experience of this initiative, the party will continue to talk.

He noted that during the activity, he received citizens from various social strata and different political parties who presented solutions to help the MPLA and the Government to progress.

He considered that this program gave clear guarantees that if the party continues to work and communicate better, in 2027, it will win the general elections.

The MPLA provincial first secretary said that based on the issues presented, the party will prepare a memorandum to present to the Executive, which will outline policies to resolve the problems of youth, agriculture, tourism, communication routes and others.

The objective, he reinforced, is to work for the well-being of the population and win the general elections in 2027 in Cuanza-Norte, where the population believes and has always believed in the MPLA.

Regarding the balance of the aforementioned program, the politician stated that the results are positive and exceeded expectations in the ten municipalities.

The project, he continued, made it possible to survey and listen to all citizens who want to see solutions to problems related to the supply of drinking water, electricity and communication routes.

He highlighted that the program, which will be continuous, added value to the MPLA’s vision as a political party and the proposals presented will be included in the central structure’s database, which will provide solutions to issues that transcend the province.

However, according to João Diogo Gaspar, some specific issues that are at provincial level, such as the acquisition of land titles, housing and education, have already started to be resolved since Monday, while others will be analyzed and resolved gradually.
