The Secretary of State for Finance and Treasury, Ottoniel dos Santos, guaranteed, this Wednesday, that revenues from the National Lottery will be a direct contribution to projects with a concrete impact on communities.Speaking at the ceremony to present the National Lottery headquarters, the minister said that the impact of the revenues will include the reinforcement of academic, hospital, recreational and other infrastructures with social value.
“However, for these impacts to be truly positive and sustainable, it is essential to ensure ethical, transparent and responsible management of the entire value chain involved”, he stressed, quoted by the Ministry of Finance.
