Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, received, Thursday, in Luanda, a message from the President of Venezuela, NicÃ3las Maduro, to the Head of State, João Lourenço, within the framework of the deepening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
The message, which also expresses the will to exchange visits at the highest level, was delivered by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Venezuela in Angola, Marlon Peña Labrador.
Angola and Venezuela have signed several legal instruments, including the agreement to suppress visas in diplomatic and service passports.
The two countries have been working towards expanding existing partnerships, raising funds to improve economic and social projects, as well as maintaining the good level of friendship and solidarity between them.
Angola intends to make objective use of its relationship with Venezuela, within the framework of south-south cooperation, taking into account the historical ties that unite the two countries and peoples, as well as the existing synergies in terms of economic potential, both countries being oil producers and exporters.
