The Angolans, runners-up, lead the competition undefeated, with 6 points, and are already qualified for the final phase in Kigali.
The Guineans, with four points, in fourth place, aim to reach the final of the competition.
In three challenges, Petro’s opponent won only one, by 96-68, against City Oilers. In the previous duels, they had defeats, by 68-75, against Cape Town Tigers from South Africa and by 97-109, against Ferroviário de Beira, from Mozambique.
The four classical teams of this Nile conference qualify for the final phase, taking place from the 21st to the 28th of this month, in Kigali, Rwanda.
The champions of the first two editions, namely Zamalek (Egypt) and Monastir (Tunisia) are the big absentees.
