Africa-Press – Angola. The Prime Minister of Portugal, Luis Montenegro, arrived in Angolan capital, Luanda, on Sunday morning to participate in the 7th African Union-European Union Summit to take on November 24 and 25.

At the “4 de Fevereiro” International Airport, the head of the Portuguese government received a welcome from the Minister of the Interior, Manuel Homem.

The presence of Luís Montenegro reinforces the diplomatic atmosphere already experienced in the Angolan capital, which has been hosting several foreign delegations since Saturday that will participate in the summit.

Among the figures already in Luanda are Lejeune Mbella Mbella, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cameroon, Mohamed Mbae, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Comoros, Nilzar Baraka, Minister of Equipment and Water of the Kingdom of Morocco, representing King Mohammed VI.

Also on the list are Liisa-Ly Pakosta, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Estonia, representing the Estonian President, and the Prime Minister of Uganda, Robinah Nabbanja.
