Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, this Tuesday appointed the new members of the Board of Directors of the Private Investment and Export Promotion Agency (AIPEX).

According to the Presidential Decree, Lello João Francisco assumes the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Cláudia Gonçalves Pedro, Neide Natalícia Cardoso Miguel dos Santos, José Chinjamba and José Afonso Gama Sala are the executive directors.

In another Decree, the Head of State ended the mandate of the previous Board of Directors until then chaired by António da Henriques da Silva.

Accordingly, the executive directors Lello João Francisco, Cláudia Gonçalves Pedro, Neide Natalécia Cardoso Miguel dos Santos and José Chinjamba also ceased to function.

AIPEX’s mission is to promote and attract private investment from national and foreign origin, with the aim of contributing to the socio-economic development of the country, as well as promoting the increase and diversification of exports of products and services in the country.
