Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, appointed this Friday, by decree, a new Board of Directors for the Public Water Company, EPAL, EP, which will now be led by Adão Manuel da Silva.
According to the decree, the same Board of Directors of EPAL, EP, as executive directors, are Kelson Miguel Domingos, Enoch Francisco Lopes da Costa, Eva Dinamene Damião Fernandes da Costa and Kubikiladia Bernardete Garcia.
In another decree, the President of the Republic exonerated the previous Board of Directors of the Public Water Company – EPAL, EP, which was chaired by Manuel Silva Lopes da Cruz and whose executive directors were Alberto Miguel Manuel, Venceslau Txindji Chissupa, Eva Dinamene Damião Fernandes da Costa and Kubikiladia Bernardete Garcia.
This same Friday, the Chief Executive, under the terms of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola and the Basic Law of the Public Business Sector, appointed by decree the new Board of Directors of the Public Electricity Production Company – PRODEL, EP, which is now chaired by Pedro Eduardo Manuel Afonso.
This council’s executive directors are Arlindo Paulino Upindi Cambungo, Manuel de Sousa Panzo, Daniel Catata Catumbela, Hailé Arissandro Vieira Dias Ferrão.
This appointment comes after having exonerated, in a previous decree, the previous Board of Directors of the Public Electricity Production Company – PRODEL, EP, which was chaired by Joaquim Ventura, and whose executive directors were Pedro Eduardo Manuel Afonso, Euclides Morais de Brito, Benicio Pedro Machado, Rosa Afonso Miguel.
