Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, appointed this Thursday, by order, the Board of Directors of the Company Caminho-de-Ferro de Luanda, EP, chaired by Manuel António Kanda Kanda.
Invoking service convenience, João Lourenço appointed Manuel João Lourenço (for Technical Area), Luzia Vanessa Correia da Costa Cravid (Financial Area) and Daniel João Quipaxe (Non-Executive) as directors.
Earlier, it ended the mandate of the previous Board of Directors of Empresa do Caminho-de-Ferro de Luanda, EP, which had Júlio Bango Joaquim as chairman.
The aforementioned board included Manuel João Lourenço (Technical Area), Judite Armando Pereira (Non-Executive) as administrators.
Even today, the Angolan Head of State exonerated, by order, Daniel João Quipaxe from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Moçâmedes Railway Company, EP, a position to which he had been appointed by Presidential Decree no. 338/17, of December 20th.
João Lourenço appointed, under the terms of the Law and for the convenience of public service, António Coelho Fernandes da Cruz as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Empresa do Caminho-de-Ferro de Moçâmedes-EP.
Also today, the term of office of the Board of Directors of Empresa Portuária de Luanda, EP, chaired by Alberto António Bengue, comprising the directors Willy Lucti Maio Guimarães (Executive), Miguel Marcos Vidal Pipa (Executive), Horácio José V. de Macedo Feijó (Executive), Anibal António Vuma (Executive), Justino José Fernandes (Non-Executive) and João de Oliveira Barradas (Non-Executive).
To integrate the Board of Directors of Empresa Portuária de Luanda, EP, João Lourenço appointed, for convenience of service, Alberto António Bengue, as chairman, and the directors Willy Lucti Maio Guimarães (Executive), Aníbal António Vuma (Executive), João Gaspar de Sousa Fernandes (Executive), Pedro Valentim Dozi (Executive), Mário Miguel Domingues (Non-Executive) and Manuel Augusto César Ferreira (Non-Executive).
The Chairman also appointed António Capewa Caliangula to join the board of directors of Empresa Portuária do Lobito, EP, as a non-executive director.
In another order, President João Lourenço exonerated the Board of Directors of Sociedade Gestora de Aeroportos SGA – SA, composed of Mário Miguel Domingues (president), Nataniel Alberto dos Santos Domingos (president of the Executive Committee), António Cristóvão Manuel (executive director) , Helsio Mauro Ribeiro Epalanga (Executive Director) and N ́jinga Nerica Pimentel Pitta-Grós (Executive Director).
The outgoing board also included the non-executive directors Manuel Gomes, Hélder Marques Nunes da Silva, José Tavares Baptista Venâncio and Marcelino Cristóvão Bronzeia Franco.
