Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, appointed Américo Odeias Tchissassa as Vice-Governor of Benguela Province for Technical Services and Infrastructure, and Francisco João Gomes Tchimbavo as Vice-Governor of Cabinda for the Economic Sector, this Saturday.
According to the Press Office of the Presidency of the Republic, in other decrees the Head of State dismissed Adilson Dellany Martins Gonçalves from the position of Vice-Governor of Benguela for Technical Services and Infrastructure, and Macário Romão Lembe from the position of Vice-Governor of Cabinda for the Economic Sector.
The changes aim to revitalize local administration and ensure more efficient action by provincial governments in favor of regional development.
