The Head of State, João Lourenço, today leaves Luanda for Malabo, capital of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, to participate in two high-level conferences promoted by the African Union, says a note from the Secretariat for Institutional Communication and Press Affairs of the President.
This Saturday, Malabo will host the Humanitarian Summit and the Donors’ Conference, an event that will show the current situation of the humanitarian situation in Africa and seek new commitments in terms of donations. On Saturday, the African Union Conference on Terrorism and Unconstitutional Change of Government in Africa takes place, a proposal made by President João Lourenço at a recent summit of the continental organization that welcomed the acceptance of African leaders.
