Africa-Press – Angola. Businesswomen and entrepreneurs from the province of Huíla proclaimed, over the weekend, in the city of Lubango, the “Associação + Mulher”, which emerged with 20 founding members, whose focus is to facilitate access to financing and empower young people aspiring to business.
Speaking Monday, the president of the guild’s board of directors, Gracinda Gonçalves, pointed out that the objective is to empower women, through entrepreneurship, a segment in which the group encounters difficulties.
Furthermore, according to the businesswoman, it is to help members raise financing and establish partnerships that help them implement projects or start their businesses, whose motto is “Women Inspire Women”.
The event was marked by moments of exchange of knowledge between the women present, with the participation of teenagers aspiring to entrepreneurship, who addressed issues linked to exposure on the internet, identity and suicide.
“Associação + Mulher” is a non-profit philanthropic project that aims to help women in the field of entrepreneurship and boost female empowerment.
