Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, dismissed Emílio Vumpa de André Londa, from the position of Secretary of State for the Civil Aviation, Maritime and Port Sectors.
In another decree, the President of the Republic and Holder of the Executive Branch appointed Rui Paulo de Andrade Teles Carreira to the position of Secretary of State for the Civil Aviation, Maritime and Port Sectors.
Rui Carreira has already held several roles at Linhas Aéreas de Angola, TAAG, the most recent being non-executive director.
Rui Carreira is from Luanda, graduated in Law from the Lusíada University of Angola, with a postgraduate degree in Senior Business Management.
