In the first phase of the project, 425 homes were completed out of the three thousand initially planned, consisting of 50 single-storey houses, 119 duplexes (two floors) and 256 apartments, measuring 100 square meters each, accommodating more than two thousand families.
Speaking to the press in the province, the Minister of Public Works, Urbanism and Housing, Carlos dos Santos, reiterated that the completion of this project, which will have a total of 1,925 homes, is scheduled for 2024.
