Africa-Press – Angola. The Criminal Investigation Service (SIC/Geral) has, since Friday, 30 new officials, who took office, at its headquarters, in Cacuaco, province of Luanda, during a ceremony guided by the director general of the institution, chief commissioner Antonio Paulo Bendje.
Among those sworn in, emphasis is given to the new deputy provincial directors of the provinces of Huambo, Huíla, Cuanza-Norte, Cunene, Bengo, Moxico, Bié, Cuando Cubango, Lunda-Norte and Lunda-Sul, as well as the department heads of the directorates Human Resources, Interpol, Combating Corruption, Economic Crimes and against Public Health.
During his speech, the general director of SIC, chief commissioner António Paulo Bendje, guided the inductees to work, rigor and discipline in carrying out the missions, as well as a spirit of humility.
“The message that we want to leave to newly sworn colleagues is of great dedication to work. We advise the assistant provincial directors to help their superiors to work on the organization and functioning of the provincial bodies”, underlined the director general of SIC, who recommended, on the other hand, On the other hand, more humility to the young cadres who took office, essentially some ladies, whose future, guaranteed, still reserves other bets, in the various positions in that body of the Ministry of the Interior.
“As we said, since our inauguration, we would bet on the younger ones, but they must be humble, respect the elders and not affront them, we have to learn from everyone. in Organs central bodies, working hard, to assume important positions”, said the chief commissioner António Bendje.
The act was marked by the oath of honor, signing of the swearing-in of superior and subordinate officers.
The SIC’s deputy general directors, criminal investigation commissioners Almerindo João de Almeida, Miguel Arcanjo Sumbo and Pedro Lufungula were present at the act.
