Africa-Press – Angola. More than 120 startups are registered for the 3rd edition of the innovation and entrepreneurship summit called “Angola Startup Summit by Unitel 2024”, to be held from the 16th to the 18th of this month, in Luanda.
Around 20 institutional stands and 55 speakers, including national and international, are also confirmed, according to the head of Unitel’s innovation department, Henrique Costa.
Taking place at the Talatona Conference Center (CCT), in the country’s capital, the startup will feature, among others, the holding of a female leadership conference and others at the level of entrepreneurship and innovation, with the objective of seeking of investment opportunities.
The summit is promoted by the National Institute for Support to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM), in partnership with Unitel, and opens up opportunities for accelerating and incubating ideation to the market, as well as adding facilities and financing instruments for participants, offering alternative solutions to emerging projects, adjustable to the stages of entrepreneurial initiatives.
In startups, emerging companies have all ecosystem stakeholders at their disposal, namely incubators, accelerators, investors, study centers and banking and non-banking financial institutions.
